What's the difference between the condition grades?

Certified Premium is like-new with minimal wear. Certified Excellent has light cosmetic wear with full performance. Certified Good has more visible wear but is fully tested and reliable. Performance is checked at every grade across every category. The difference comes down to cosmetics, not function.

What happens if something goes wrong after I buy?

You're covered by a 12-month warranty on every device, no matter the category or grade. If an issue isn't wear and tear, we'll sort it.

Will these devices work with my existing setup?
